What each plan includes

Free has unlimited event types and bookings, calendar sync, meeting links, group events, polls, routing forms, the REST API and the MCP server, up to 2 webhooks, and 30 days of analytics. Booking pages show a small “Scheduling by CalFree” footer.

Pro ($5 a month, or $48 a year) is for one person. It removes the footer and raises the limits to 10 webhooks and 90 days of analytics.

Teams ($6 per seat a month, or $60 per seat a year) is for a team that shares booking pages: inviting members and sharing round-robin event types. It belongs to the team, and its owner pays. What each person’s own booking page can do still follows their own plan.

The trial

Your first Pro or Teams plan starts with a 14-day trial. You enter a card to start it, and it is charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is offered once, so a plan you start later is charged from the first day.

Managing a plan

Open Settings and choose Plan and billing. Manage billing opens a page where you can update your card and see your invoices. Cancel plan stops renewal at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep everything until then, and Keep this plan undoes it.

On a Teams plan, change the number of seats at any time, up to 25. You can’t go below the people on the team plus invitations that haven’t been answered. More seats are charged for the rest of the period; fewer take effect with the same adjustment.

When a payment fails

The provider tries the card again over the following days. While it does, the plan stays on. If it still fails, the plan ends and the account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: event types, bookings and teams stay as they are, and what needs a plan is paused until you subscribe again.

Who bills you

Plans are billed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any tax that applies and sends the receipts. CalFree never sees your card number.
