How CalFree compares
Written to be useful rather than flattering: where CalFree wins, where it doesn't, and what the other tools do that it has no answer for.

The longer answers
vs Calendly
Calendly is the default answer to "send me a link", and it is a genuinely good product. The question is whether you need what you are paying for.
Read the comparisonvs Cal.com
Cal.com is the closest thing to CalFree in spirit, and much larger. It is also the comparison where being precise matters most, because the two products are aimed at different sizes of problem.
Read the comparisonvs TidyCal
TidyCal's pitch is that you pay once and never again, which is a real answer to subscription fatigue. CalFree's answer is a free plan with no caps, and a few dollars a month only for the extras.

The short version
When CalFree is the wrong choice
- You schedule as a large team. CalFree has teams with round-robin event types, but no collective events (everyone on one call), no managed event types, no organisations and no SSO.
- You charge for bookings. CalFree does not take payment for a booking, so if you sell your time through your scheduler, stay where you are.
- You want an app marketplace. CalFree connects Google and Outlook calendars, Zoom and Teams, and sends email. That is the whole integration list.
If none of those apply, the rest of the comparison is mostly about whether you would rather pay per seat or not.
