Most scheduling tools cap you at one event type until you pay. CalFree doesn’t cap event types or bookings on any plan, and Free never asks for a card.

What each plan allows

Every plan has the same rate limits. They exist to keep one noisy client from spoiling the service, not to sell you more. Teams adds shared pages on top of whichever plan each person has, so a member's own page, webhooks and analytics follow their own plan.

FAQ

Before you sign up

What's the catch?
Free is a complete booking page, and it runs on modest infrastructure because scheduling is not expensive to serve. Pro and Teams pay for the extras and for keeping the service running.
Do I need a credit card?
Not for Free: sign in with an email link or a Google account and you have a booking page. Your first Pro or Teams plan starts with a 14-day trial that takes a card and charges it when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Is there a per-seat price?
Only on Teams, at $6 per seat a month ($5 on the yearly plan). Free and Pro are for one person. Each person's own booking page follows their own plan, even when they belong to a team.
Who handles the billing?
Dodo Payments, as the merchant of record: it takes your card, charges any tax that applies and sends the receipts. CalFree never sees your card number. You can update your card, see invoices and cancel from Plan and billing in Settings.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro or Teams until the end of the period you paid for, then the account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: your event types, bookings and teams stay, and the features that need a plan are paused until you subscribe again.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Download everything as a file, or delete your account. Deleting revokes calendar access and cancels upcoming meetings, telling the people booked in. Privacy policy
